We are looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven individual to join our team! In this role, you will manage assigned accounts, provide excellent customer service, review and resolve billing issues, and support client retention efforts.
**Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent (2- or 4-year degree preferred)
- 1-2 years of customer service experience
- Experience in billing, collections, or sales preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
**Compensation & Benefits**:
- **Base gross monthly salary**: $27,000 MXN
- **Approximate net salary**: $22,100 MXN
- **Food vouchers**: $1,000 MXN
