**Responsibilities**
- Architect and implement robust and scalable data systems
- Build and manage data pipelines to ensure high-quality and accessible data
- Work closely with stakeholders to identify requirements and deliver tailored solutions
- Offer technical leadership and mentoring to engineering teams
- Enhance system reliability, scalability, and performance
- Promote best practices and ensure the delivery of well-structured, maintainable code
- Review code and actively participate in technical discussions
- Engage in pre-sales activities, client collaborations, and rapid-response initiatives
- Encourage knowledge sharing through meetups and technical presentations
- Stay updated on advancements in technology and introduce innovative tools and approaches
**Requirements**:
- Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline
- Seven or more years of experience as a Data Engineer
- At least two years of experience in leading teams and managing technical projects
- Involvement in a minimum of two complete project lifecycles or multiple development phases
- Extensive hands-on experience in coding and addressing complex technical challenges
- Expertise in Python for automation, data analysis, and processing
- Comprehensive knowledge of AWS services for cloud-based data solutions
- Proven experience with Databricks for advanced analytics and machine learning workflows
- Strong ability in system design and architecture, balancing strategic vision with practical implementation
- A history of delivering measurable technical impact across projects and teams
- Broad understanding of various technical domains and stacks
- Commitment to mentoring team members and sharing knowledge across the organization
- Ability to innovate and implement new tools, frameworks, and solutions
- Flexibility to work across different programming languages, stacks, and areas of expertise
- Proficiency in English at a B2 level or higher for effective communication

- Hands-on experience with technologies for real-time data processing and streaming
