RELEVANT ADMINISTRATIVE EXPERIENCE
STRONG TROUBLESHOOTING AND PROBLEM-SOLVING ABILITIES, WITH A FOCUS ON RESOLVING BILLING DISPUTES

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- ****_Billing Specialists are responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate generation and submission of invoices for all customer jobs, supporting the efficiency and success of regional operations departments. The key function of this position is to take the prepared data, generate invoices, submit them to clients, and follow up on payments. This role is essential in ensuring smooth operations and helping to resolve billing issues while maintaining customer satisfaction
**DAILY ACTIVITIES**
- ****_Take the prepared data and generate invoices ensuring all completed service orders are accurately reflected
Submits invoices to clients and follow up on payments to ensure timely collection
Handle billing issues working directly with customers to resolve disputes and ensure customer satisfaction
Analyze and reviews service details, pricing, and required documentation to ensure invoices are correct before submission
Collaborate with the Accounts Receivable department to verify payment methods and ensure efficient collection
Maintains organized records, ensuring customer accounts are updated with accurate billing information.
Other duties as assigned.

8:00 a.m to 5:36 p.m
**SALARY AND BENEFITS**
- _$27,000 monthly base salary (around $22, 100 net monthly)
