Your Role:
Client Management:
- Be the main point of contact for clients - build lasting connections.
- Master BARE’s systems & reports to bring valuable insights to clients.
- Lead end-to-end project management - development, optimization & delivery.
- Set up reports & questionnaires in close collaboration with clients.
- Stay ahead of trends and offer strategic recommendations that make an impact.
- Confidently manage client concerns & escalations - think solutions, not problems!
- Train clients on how to leverage the BARE dashboard to maximize results.
Project Management:
- Plan & allocate resources like a pro.
- Identify fieldwork challenges and find smart solutions fast.
- Drive process improvements to optimize results.
- Work with global teams - operations, editing, field experts.
- Stay sharp on industry trends - keep us ahead of the game!




- Basic Excel skills? Perfect - track projects effectively.
- Bonus: If you can interpret contracts & legal terms, that’s a plus!
Cost Control & Finance:
- Keep budgets on point and billing smooth.
- Monitor profitability & help drive smart cost strategies.
- Get hands-on with invoicing, budgeting, and vendor management.
- Deliver powerful profitability reports and help grow client success!
What You Bring:
Fluent in English & Spanish (written and spoken). Graduate 4+ years in Client Servicing or Key Accounts. Industry experience in Retail, Automotive, Hospitality, QSR, or Market Research. Confident communicator who can handle clients & presentations effortlessly. Analytical thinker - solve problems with data-driven insights. Tech-savvy - MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Self-starter & independent worker - manage projects like a leader. Cost-conscious mindset - execute projects efficiently!
