Thank you!*_** **Responsibilities** - **Inventory & Supply Chain Suppor**t - Partner closely with the Sales Forecast & Trade Planner to ensure that MaryRuth’s inventory aligns with the forecasted demand. - Monitor inventory levels and inbound schedules at 3PL partners to flag potential risks to fulfilment and to focus on fulfilling resets and key retail activity; communicate risks to Sales leads to enable proactive problem solving and timely customer communication. - **Internal & Customer Reporting** - Create and maintain internal and external On Time in Full (OTIF) tracking, inventory risk reports, and out of stock reporting; consistently update and distribute on a precise cadence. - Build customer shipment reports for executive updates and field sales. - Proactively identify and resolve discrepancies or missing data across reporting tools and trackers. - Closely monitor relevant Sales & Retail and Supply Chain department Tableau reports to provide prompt recommendations and/or action steps. - Support process documentation and report standardization to enhance team efficiency and knowledge sharing. - **Sales & Field Suppo**rt - Act as a pivotal partner to the Sales team, providing detailed, accessible daily insights and data. - Create and maintain sales-facing reports that highlight shipment trends, on-hand inventory, and weeks of supply by item and retailer. - **Miscellaneous** - Additional responsibilities as assigned. - Some travel (<5%) may be required, with advance notice provided to the employee. **Qualifications** - 2-4+ years of demonstrated experience in an analytical role within the CPG or retail industry.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills; excellent ability to collaborate with internal and external partners, including Sales, Supply Chain, and Analytics teams. - Proven ability to work effectively in a remote environment and consistently meet individual and department goals. - Demonstrated experience analyzing US-based retail data, ideally with exposure to US logistics, supply chain, and market dynamics; ability to synthesize large volumes of this data into concise, actionable, and tailored reports and dashboards. - Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, functions), with additional background working in Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools. - Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Familiarity with syndicated data (e.g., SPINS, Nielsen) and retailer POS/reporting systems is a plus. **Physical Requirements** - Must be able to exert up to 10 pounds of force occasionally or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body. - This role involves sitting most of the time, but may also involve moving for brief periods of time. **Benefits Summary** - Competitive compensation. - Paid vacation, sick, and volunteer time. - Paid holidays. - Medical insurance. - 13th month pay. - De minimis. - Home office and health & wellness stipends. **The Culture at MaryRuth’s** We are a fast-growing startup with a small, unified team that has a lot of fun and a big drive to change the world through our products.
