**About the Role**:
You’ll be working remotely, collaborating with a cross-functional team across the U.S. and South America. Precision, confidentiality, and communication skills are key to succeeding in this role.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Review, validate, and process high volumes of invoices accurately and on time.
- Maintain and reconcile financial records related to accounts payable and receivable.
- Work directly with vendors, clients, and internal teams to resolve discrepancies or payment issues.
- Ensure financial operations are compliant with internal policies and regional regulations.
- Assist in month-end and year-end close processes and reporting.
- Use accounting and ERP software tools to track financial transactions and data.
- Maintain strong documentation and audit trails for all financial transactions.
**Required Qualifications**:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or financial operations.




- Previous experience in the medical or healthcare industry is required. (This is a must-have qualification.)
- Strong background in invoice processing and financial administration.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in using accounting tools and spreadsheets (e.g., Excel, QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite).
- Excellent communication skills in English (Spanish is a plus).
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience working remotely with cross-border financial teams.
- Familiarity with HIPAA, healthcare billing, or insurance claims processing.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
