Thank you!_** **Responsibilities** - **Customer Communication & Support** - Serve as a key point of contact for retail customer inquiries, providing timely responses to questions about order status, tracking, documentation (BOLs, PODs, etc.) and more. - Support the processing and tracking of returns (RTVs), credits, and other service-related issues. - Communicate escalated or complex issues to the Retail Operations Manager and Sales leaders. - **Reporting & Tracking** - Maintain and distribute weekly reports, including Out-of-Stock (OOS) and Cut Reports, to ensure clear visibility into order fulfillment. - Assist in maintaining dashboards and trackers related to customer performance, shipments, and issue resolution. - Help identify recurring issues or notable trends through data analysis, flagging and communicating them for further action. - **Cross-Functional Coordination** - Collaborate with the Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to help resolve order discrepancies, shipment delays, and pricing disputes. - Work with the IT and Sales teams to build report automation and support process improvement projects. - **Operational Support** - Assist with customer portal updates, order entry support, and other administrative tasks to ensure smooth retail execution. - Support Sales team meetings, capturing action items and coordinating follow-ups. - **Miscellaneous** - Additional responsibilities as assigned. - Some travel (<5%) may be required, with advance notice provided to the employee. **Qualifications** - Minimum 1-2+ years of experience in sales operations, customer service,



or retail coordination (CPG industry strongly preferred). - Strong written and verbal English communication skills and exceptional customer service instincts with a solution-oriented approach. - Excellent attention to detail and ability to consistently and reliably follow through on tasks and communication; strong organizational and time management skills. - Ability to adapt, prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced, shifting environment. - Advanced analytical skills and proficiency working in Excel required; demonstrated experience with ERPs/order systems and shipment portals preferred. - Proactive and collaborative mindset with a team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn. **Physical Requirements** - Must be able to exert up to 10 pounds of force occasionally or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body. - This role involves sitting most of the time, but may also involve moving for brief periods of time. **Benefits Summary** - Competitive compensation. - Paid vacation, sick, and volunteer time. - Paid holidays. - Medical insurance. - 13th month pay. - Home office and health & wellness stipends. **The Culture at MaryRuth’s** We are a fast-growing startup with a small, unified team that has a lot of fun and a big drive to change the world through our products.
