**Req ID**:
We are currently seeking a Scrum Master to join our team in Ciudad de México, Ciudad de México (MX-CMX), Mexico (MX).
**Mandatory Skills**: Agile tools (Azure DevOps preferred), Scrum master
- Kanban, SAFE exposure
**Roles and Responsibilities**:
- Coaching the team on Agile Way of Working and educating them in the practical benefits of agile/scrum.
- Planning and facilitation of all scrum ceremonies.
- Collaborating with PO in Backlog Refinement and Prioritization.
- Identifying roadblocks and helping the team in removing impediments.
- Empowering the team so that they can manage work and take necessary decisions.
- Monitoring and highlighting any risks which will obstruct the Sprint Goal.
- Ability to learn and understand the team pain areas and suggest alternatives.




- Handling multi-vendor team along with different time zones.
- Assisting the team in creating User stories and updating the required fields in ADO.
- Reporting the key Agile Metrics and working towards course of action.
- Fostering a culture of continuous improvement, creativity and innovation
- Should be able to work during onsite (EST) time.
- Must Have PSM/CSM Certified
- Hands on experience on Agile tools (Azure DevOps preferred)
- Good communication skills
- Working experience as a Scrum master
- Good to Have Technical skills if required
- Kanban, SAFE exposure
