- Design and implement short

- Develop and maintain standards, policies, and runbooks for network resource administration.
- Monitor and manage network assets, including hardware, software, and lifecycle documentation.
- Oversee the installation of hardware and software across in-house and remote networks.
- Provide “ownership” of network issues until resolution is achieved.
- Conduct research and recommend network products, services, and protocols.
- Ensure optimal operation of all network hardware, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
- Manage security solutions such as next-generation firewalls, IDS/IPS, and SSL Decrypt.
- Analyze and report on network performance, developing strategies for optimization.
- Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and exchange ideas.
