Your responsibilities

- Optimize and standardize manufacturing processes globally
- Analyze current process flows and propose improvements
- Apply Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies
- Lead cross-functional project teams and collaborate internationally
- Provide technical support to local production teams
- Ensure alignment with PSS integral production standards

Your profile

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or related engineering field
- Minimum 5 years' experience in manufacturing/engineering environments
- In-depth knowledge of process improvement techniques
- Excellent communication skills in English and ability to work across cultures
