**Minimum qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or quantitative/business-oriented field or equivalent practical experience
- 8 years of experience in a consulting role working with stakeholders, driving customer technical implementations or transformation programs. Experience delivering cloud adoption or cloud digital innovation programs with enterprise companies.
**Preferred qualifications**:
- 7 years of relevant work experience in Enterprise/Business-to-Business support delivery models, outsourcing or offshoring delivery models, operational efficiency transformation or management/ops consulting.
- Experience managing products and technologies in Cloud or SaaS technology.
- Experience in vendor strategy and operations, either in vendor management (working at the client) or in vendor delivery (working at the supplier).
- Ability to influence without direct authority, to drive change at all levels within an organization, and to build strong working relationships.
**About the job**:
As a Integral Vendor Operational Leader in the Cloud Vendor Management Office, you will oversee a portfolio of vendor operations and strategic partnerships to drive GCP Support performance. You will be accountable for vendor strategy and quality of service. You will lead large-scale initiatives to optimize or source work delivering exceptional customer experience. You will be part of a fast-paced environment and global team looking to transform service quality globally for Google Cloud customers.

**Responsibilities**:
- Oversee a large vendor network distributed across different sites and/or products for GCP Support.
- Own and manage the relationships with the vendor service providers, own service delivery performance partnering closely with suppliers and internal Google Cloud teams to ensure high quality output and successful customer outcomes.
- Understand end-to-end processes impacting the operation (i.e., contracting, finances, capacity, workflows, etc.) and support the relevant stakeholders driving these efforts.
- Lead regular business reviews ensuring sites and/or products are meeting/exceeding targets.
- Identify operational gaps using a data-driven approach and develop innovative solutions to address these in collaboration with vendor sites and business stakeholders.
