Job Description:
Qualification, Knowledge & Academic requirements:
- Electromechanical, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering preferred.- More than 3 years of experience in Quality.- Conversational level of technical English.- Great problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills.- Ability to travel 25% of time (including international).- Lead Teams.- Have a solid knowledge of manufacturing processes.- Knowledge of Engineering Standards (Quality Tools)- Knowledge of Statistical Analysis.
Experience requirements:
- Advanced experience in HYDRAULIC SYSTEMS, mechanical and electronics.- Expert in RCA methods, 8Ds, A3, Core Tools.- Practical experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS).- Handling of statistical software WinSPS, Minitab.- Lead Teams.- Establish and maintain rapport with the team, through communication and proactivity within the organization.- Track multiple projects simultaneously to ensure compliance with Milwaukee Tool's schedule and process.- Follow up Quality related activities in all production lines.
