**Our Team**
The Finance Solutions Order-to-Cash global capability collaborates with Koch businesses to deliver essential financial services in Collections and Order Release processes at the Guadalajara Service Center. This team has a global presence, offering services to Koch companies in all major regions worldwide.
**What You Will Do**
- Collaborate closely with Georgia-Pacific Business Partner and stakeholders to build strong business relationships, implement and develop strategic plans, and resolve process bottlenecks.
- Improve workflows to align with mutually beneficial goals based on business expectations through recommendations and challenges, creating long-term value for Koch, enhancing consumer experience, and becoming a preferred partner for customers.
- Identifying opportunities for transformation to improve process efficiency and ensure issues are promptly resolved to support business success.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performance team to achieve Order to Cash goals.
- Actively participate in leadership team discussions to lead and manage transformation initiatives within the global organization to ensure successful adoption and implementation.
**Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)**
- Experience leading, developing, and managing high performance teams




- Experience in a finance or accounting roles in corporate environment related to Order to Cash.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within collections and order processes.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with proven ability to engage effectively with individuals across all levels of the organization.
- Proven experience working with global teams and understanding cultural dynamics.
- Proven ability to influence by building rapport and fostering strong working relationships, driving transformation and strategic initiatives.
**What Will Put You Ahead**
- Experience working with a global organization.
- Experience with SAP and/or GETPAID.
- Experience with Service Now.
- Experience with PowerBi and or Tableau.
