**Job Overview**:
- Organizes, coordinates, supervises and directs, the technical and human of the company, to be able to comply with the delivery of the final product to the customer, from the departure of the supplier to the supply in the production lines, customs aspects and government agreements.
**A Day In The Life**:
- Ensuring that the Quality Management System complies with the requirements of ISO 9001
Ensure that processes are generating and providing the expected outputs
- Ensuring customer focus is promoted at Acme Electric
- Responsible for managing material inventory levels, according to company policies.
- The control and verification of the Logistics. Contact with customs agents and brokers, as well as with IATA cargo agents. (International Air Transportation Association).
- It will be the Referrer of the Transport Network in Mexico, therefore it must be in constant contact and follow up on the operations of the Transport Network.
- Be the Nexus between the plant and customer service. As well as with the participants of the entire import and export process.
- Negotiation with suppliers.
- Staff management in charge. Assignment and delegation of tasks, Control and evaluation of their results.
- Propose and participate in the design of solutions associated with requirements




- Develop relationship activities with the Internal/External Client aimed at promoting long-term lasting relationships to maximize loyalty of them.
- Properly delegate tasks from your Area to accomplish in a timely manner
- Conduct permanent meetings with Operations Management and the task team to detect/prevent possible diversions in time and take corrective action.
- Detect team training needs to achieve adequate training, aligned to the needs that arise, constant updating.
- Know the relationship map with the goal of facilitating the bond of trust, communicating the results and ensuring the agreed levels of satisfaction.
- Know the processes of the Company's business according to the area of concern as well as the best practices of that market.
- Ensuring the quality of the information documented in the operations under your care
- Responsible for meeting material requirements for production compliance
- Supervise first-time mataring requisitions
- Participate in the activities of the company (social and work)
- Set measurable goals for your subordinates.
- Participate in staff meetings
- Comply with ISO 9001 procedures
- Respect and comply with the Internal Labour and Safety Regulations
