- At least 10+ years experience in cyber/security architecture
- Lead enterprise-wide security transformation programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Strong experience with multiple areas of security like IAM (Indentity & Access Management), network security, data protection, endpoint security, cloud security, and security governance.




- Develop and oversee the implementation of multi-phase security roadmaps for large-scale initiatives, including IAM, cloud migration, Zero Trust, or SOC modernization.
- **Stakeholder Management**: Experience working and advising at a senior IT and business stakeholder levels.
- **Business Development**: Significant experience in business development and pre-sales leadership, with a track record of creating thought leadership propositions.
- **Leadership**: Working in a senior Architectural position, operating at Chief or Principal Architect level (or similar/equivalent)
- **Industry Expertise**: Expertise across some of the following business sectors (Banking, Financial Services, Consumer Products, Manufacturing, Retail etc)
