Client: Our client is an international payment service provider.
Project overview: This initiative is part of a broader transformation program within a multinational organization aiming to adopt Agile methodologies across its product and delivery teams. Although Agile frameworks have been introduced, the transition has faced challenges in practical implementation and team alignment. The primary goal of this project is to bridge the gap between Agile theory and daily practice, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and value delivery.
- Position overview: We are looking for an experienced Agile Coach to support the team in translating Agile principles into effective day-to-day practices. The role involves assessing the current maturity level, identifying pain points, and providing tailored coaching at both team and individual levels.
- The coach will facilitate workshops, mentor Scrum Masters and Product Owners, and help remove organizational impediments that hinder Agile adoption. Strong communication, empathy, and a pragmatic approach are essential, as the focus is on enabling sustainable, meaningful change rather than strict adherence to frameworks.
- This is an on-site position that requires working from the client’s office.
- Responsibilities: Mentor and guide teams in Agile principles and practices,
enabling them to achieve higher levels of performance
- Conduct assessments of team capabilities and provide actionable feedback to enhance Agile adoption
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews
- Collaborate with leadership to foster an Agile culture across the organization
- Identify and address impediments to team progress, helping to facilitate solutions
- Develop and deliver training for employees at all levels about Agile methodologies and practices
- Promote continuous improvement by encouraging experimentation, learning, and adaptation
- 2 years of experience in Agile coaching or related roles
- Deep understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, etc.) and practices
- Proven experience as an Agile Coach or in a similar role within an Agile environment
- Exceptional facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders
- Experience in leading change management initiatives
- Ability to analyze and improve team dynamics and performance
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Agile certifications (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Certified Agile Coach (ICP-ACC), or others) are preferred
