**Customer Service Representative - Join Our Team!**

**What You’ll Do**:
- Provide exceptional support to donors, ensuring positive and informative interactions.
- Accurately record donor information and handle inquiries with care.
- Maintain a professional, empathetic, and confident approach in all communications.
**What We’re Looking For**:
- **Advanced English** (essential).
- 1+ years of customer service experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence.
- Ability to type **30+ WPM** in a Windows environment.
- Reliable and committed to perfect attendance.
**Shifts & Salary**:
- **Training Schedule**:8:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday / 2 Weeks
- **Morning Shift**: Start between 5:00 - 7:00 am (6 hours/day, sundays off)
- **$3,360**:




- **Mid Shift**: Start between 11:00 am - 1:00 pm (6 hours/day, sundays off)
