- The Production Supervisor will oversee the manufacturing process, ensuring that production targets are met with the highest quality and efficiency. This role involves coordinating activities and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
- What you will do:
- Production Oversight: Supervise daily operations of the production line to meet production schedules and targets.
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop production staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all products meet quality standards and implement quality control measures.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure that all safety protocols are followed and promote a culture of safety within the team.
- Resource Allocation: Manage resources effectively, including materials, equipment, and labor, to maximize production output.
- Reporting:



Maintain accurate production records and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to upper management.
- Problem Solving: Address and resolve any production issues or delays, working closely with other departments as needed.
- Training: Provide training and development opportunities for production staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- What we are looking for:
- College degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Bilingual Spanish and English.
- Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles, 5S, Kanban, and Six Sigma (preferred).
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and production management software.
