**Requirements**:
- Minimum M.S., preferred Ph.D. degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent experience in one of the following areas: Metallurgy, materials science, chemical engineering, inorganic chemistry, or a closely related field
- Strong theoretical background in chemical thermodynamics, kinetics, mass transport, and inorganic materials chemistry
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience with high temperature materials processing in an academic, laboratory, or industrial setting
- Creativity and a strong desire to innovate in the metals industry
- Expertise in the design, execution, and analysis of pyrometallurgical,



solid-gas reaction, or melt experiments
Salary ranges:
Wage Level 1: $90,334.00
Wage Level 2: $105,789.00
Wagel Level 3: $121,222.00
Wage Level IV: $136,677.00
Mean (H-2B): $121,389.00
