Fundamental is an impact venture studio that creates startups from scratch to solve Latin America’s most pressing challenges. We identify real-world problems, validate powerful solutions, and turn them into ventures with high growth and social impact potential.
From our studio, we’ve launched multiple impact-driven startups, such as:
- Trófica, connecting PET waste pickers with large buyers
- Voalá, a microfranchise network for independent beauty professionals
- Simón, a training platform for front-line workers in the retail sector
- And **Ékole**, a purpose-driven healthy snack brand created in partnership with small-scale producers from Nayarit, Tabasco, Guerrero, and Hidalgo.
Ékole is already part of Walmart’s impact portfolio and is distributed in corporate offices like Netflix, Nowports, and JPMorgan. Our mission: to reshape the healthy snack market while dignifying the lives of the people behind each product.
We’re now looking for a **Marketing Intern**to join the Ékole team and help us scale our brand and content strategy.
**What You’ll Do**
- Support execution of digital marketing campaigns
- Create social media content aligned with Ékole’s brand voice and purpose
- Coordinate the brand’s presence across digital channels
- Collaborate with content creators and strategic partners




- Analyze campaign performance and create impact reports
**Who You Are**
- Senior undergraduate student in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related fields
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager)
- Skilled in crafting empathetic, clear, and engaging messages
- Passionate about social impact and purpose-driven branding
- Creative, proactive, adaptable, and results-oriented
- Enjoy creating content and working with social media
