**Your Tasks**:
In your role, you will maintain and improve existing Power BI dashboards and financial reports. By understanding the nuances and specifications of different business sectors, you will be able to propose adecuado enhancements and develop new dashboards tailored to their needs. Additionally, your support in automating Excel-based reports is crucial for ensuring accurate and consistent data reporting. You will analyze general expenses and financial variances, focusing on identifying key drivers and areas where efficiencies can be gained. Working with Business One (ERP) and coordinating with various internal systems, you will consolidate critical financial data. Collaboration with cross-functional teams—such as Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Procurement—will ensure that data analysis aligns seamlessly with our business priorities. By presenting your findings and insights clearly and structured, utilizing various visualization tools—including PowerPoint—you will contribute significantly to our strategic initiatives. Your continuous drive to optimize our reporting and data flow processes will empower us to deliver on our commitments more effectively.
**Your Profile**:
- A Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Accounting, Actuarial Science, or a related field is essential for understanding the complexities of our financial systems.
- Possessing robust analytical and problem-solving skills will allow you to unearth insights that drive our business forward.
- Being well-versed in Power BI and advanced Excel is non-negotiable for executing the analytical aspects of this role.




- It is advantageous to have familiarity with Business One and PowerPoint, aiding in data presentation and reporting.
- A proactive mindset is encouraged, alongside a strong desire to learn and grow within the organization.

The Finance Analyst will support the Finance area in the continuous improvement and maintenance of reporting tools and dashboards (mainly in Power BI), analysis of general expenses, and automation of financial processes.
