**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Prepare tools, molds, and work surfaces for aerospace-grade composite lay-up processes.
- Accurately lay-up and position composite materials (e.g., carbon fiber prepreg, fiberglass) based on engineering drawings, ply books, and process instructions.
- Perform vacuum bagging for oven and autoclave curing processes following NADCAP-compliant procedures.
- Monitor and document lay-up activities in accordance with quality assurance protocols.
- Inspect and verify part conformity using aerospace inspection techniques (visual, dimensional, and first article inspections).
- Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, and Production teams to resolve non-conformances and improve processes.
- Ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards in accordance with aerospace regulations.
**Qualifications**:
- Technical diploma or certificate in Aerospace Manufacturing, Industrial Processes, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in composite lay-up processes in the aerospace industry.
- Familiarity with AS9100 standards and NADCAP requirements for composite fabrication.
- Ability to read and interpret aerospace technical drawings, work orders, and process documentation.




- Strong manual dexterity, precision, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in cleanroom environments and follow ESD, FOD, and PPE protocols.
- Desirable: Experience with prepreg lay-up, autoclave curing, and material traceability systems (e.g., MES or ERP systems).

Contract length: 12 months
Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per month
