**Responsibilities**:
1. Payroll Calculation: Responsible for calculating employee salaries, ensuring accuracy, and processing payments on time. 2. Compensation Data Analysis: Collect, organize, and analyze compensation-related data. 3. Final Settlement: Handle payroll settlement for departing employees. 4. Payroll Reports: Prepare various payroll reports, including total payroll summary and variance reports. 5. Employee Food Voucher:



Distribute monthly food card allowances according to the company’s schedule. 6. Compensation Research: Assist supervisors in conducting compensation research for similar roles in the same industry.
**Job Qualifications**
1. Familiar with Mexican HR regulations, including payroll, social security, and income tax laws. 2. Strong data analysis and statistical skills. 3. Proficient in Excel and other office software. 4. Experience using at least one Mexican payroll system. 5. Minimum of 2 years of hands-on payroll processing experience. 6. Good communication skills and ability to work with different teams. 7. Experience in logistics is a plus
