**Your ‘day to day’**
As a **Payroll Delivery Specialist** based in **Guadalajara, Jalisco**, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of payroll for employees in Mexico. Your day-to-day will include:
- Managing end-to-end payroll cycles with precision and compliance.
- Validating payroll data including bonuses, deductions, and adjustments.
- Preparing payroll reports and supporting audits.
- Responding to employee inquiries related to payroll.
- Identifying and implementing process improvements and automation opportunities.
**Who we’re looking for**
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.




- 2+ years of experience in payroll processing or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Mexican payroll regulations (IMSS, INFONAVIT, FONACOT, tax withholdings, labor laws).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills.
