- Ensure compliance with local and international customs laws and regulations in import and export operations.
- Supervise the preparation and submission of all necessary documentation for customs clearance (customs declarations, commercial invoices, certificates of origin, import/export permits, etc.).
- Guarantee efficient and timely execution of customs procedures, including tariff classification, tax and duty calculation, and documentation verification.
- Address customs-related issues such as detention of goods, additional inspections, or disputes related to tariffs and classifications.
- Ensure compliance with international trade agreements, treaties, and regulations established by global trade organizations.
Experiência y requisitos
Import / Export and logistics experience, dealing with custom brokers, carriers, freight forwarders, etc.



- Customs field - Bachelor´s Degree - 5 years in similar position - English language 90% - Software experience: Microsoft Office, Anexo 24, ERP system. - 5+ years of Trade Compliance experience. - Experience of Import-Export regulations (Including IMMEX, U.S. Import and Export Licensing)
