As our business continues to grow at lightning speed, we are looking for talented **Inside Sales Specialists** to join our team and help us on our journey to revolutionize the publishing landscape.

**Salary: $2,000-$4,000. Annual potential salary of $51k per year including bonuses.**

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**:
- **Engage**with inbound leads and proactively reach out to potential customers.




- **Qualify** leads and understand their publishing needs and goals.
- **Present** the value proposition of Spines' AI-driven publishing services effectively.
- **Build**strong relationships with prospective authors and act as their trusted advisor.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Excellent interpersonal communication skill.
- Ability to build rapport quickly.
- Can work effectively as part of a team.
- Native/fluent English, both spoken and written.
- Proven sales experience.
- Hungry to learn, grow, and exceed expectations.
- Full-time availability to work shifts covering US Eastern and Pacific Time Zones, Sunday to Thursday.
**ADVANTAGES**:
- Experience with Salesforce and/or JustCall is a plus.
- Familiarity with the publishing industries.
- A strong connection to American culture and understanding of the US market.
Pay: From $480,000.00 per year
