- Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering or a related discipline
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience leading technical teams or working as a Technical Lead
- Proficiency with Agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines
- Deep understanding of GCP, Terraform, and Kubernetes
- Expertise in monitoring, observability practices, and product management
- Skilled in estimation techniques and managing Objectives and Key Results (OKRs)
- Experience fostering psychological safety and delivering effective feedback
