**Your Impact**
As **Cntrl & Rpt Accountant** your responsibilities would consist of:
- Execute month close end process (GL-JE) and make sure all the related tasks are completed timely and complying with the Pepsico requirements.
- Ensure the accounting process is compliant with all control requirements.
- Generate information for filling out the required statutory and management financial reports.
- Prepare & review the monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
- Analyze of balance sheet reviews to ensure no unexpected financial impacts.
- Prepare monthly financial statement (Balance Sheet, P&L; & financial attached reconciliations for review and approvals of Controller & Planning Team (before and after upload in HFM)
- Execute financial report Pepsico (Smartview / FDM - HFM).
- Support to the business unit in the form of various financial analyses in order to assist the business in its controlling and decision making processes.
- Participate in the Periodic, Quarterly and Annual and Quarterly reports required by the organization.
- Generate clear communication with OU, Intercompany counterparts and other users throughout the region and in the CSS.
Qualifications:
**Who Are We Looking For?**
**Education**
- University Degree in Accounting - required
**Experience**
- Experience in accounting US GAAP, control environment and sox compliance - desirable
- Experience - 1 to 2 years in financial statement preparation and reporting in a large company, multi-unit environment - required
- Office Intermediate - required
- English Level 70% - desirable
- Communication skills are needed as individual will be required to interact with employees of all levels - including upper management - not only in Mexico, but internationally as well. - required
- Advanced knowledge of the principles processes (Bank Statement/AP/FA/AR/GL/Intercompanies/Financial Reporting), and business standards for integrated financial analysis. - desirable
- Knowledge in the following ERP´s: SAP, HFM, FDM. - desirable
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, data analysis). - required
