We are expanding our legal department and we’re looking for a talented and experienced professional to be the Senior Lawyer. You will be responsible to keep in touch with external suppliers, give advice about Mexico and LATAM and create new processes for our inVision projects.
**Responsibilities**:
- Conducting complex legal research and analysis for implementation of educational cultural sports and other socially oriented impact projects
- Leading legal support of projects launches in the LATAM region.
- Providing expert legal advice on the topics related to non profit projects and initiatives reviewal of publications and marketing materials.
- Monitoring relevant laws regulations and legal precedents affecting impact projects in the countries of presence.
- Drafting and reviewing terms of use policies and contracts including services sponsorship cooperation donation agreements and others.




- Working closely with cross functional teams to ensure impact projects compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Corporate support of NGOs
**Qualifications**:
- Law degree.
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience.
- Advance conversational level of english.
- Ability to provide clear and practical recommendations based on the conducted research.
- Experience in working on complex cross functional and international projects.
- High level of responsibility and self organization.
- Effective communication skills.
- Experience in provision of legal support for educational art sports and other socially oriented and non profit projects as well as experience in supporting fundraising projects are beneficial.
