MedTrainer is looking for a highly skilled **Director of Data** that will be responsible for overseeing data management, integrity, and analysis across MedTrainer's systems, with a focus on ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial and operational data. This role requires a strong understanding of enterprise systems, particularly NetSuite (ERP) and Salesforce (CRM), and the ability to translate high-level direction into actionable data strategies. The Director of Data will lead a data analyst and provide insights and recommendations to executives on data management best practices.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience working with NetSuite (ERP) and Salesforce (CRM).
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and technologies.
- Experience with billing systems, procurement tools, and related platforms.
- Strong foundation in data management principles, governance, and best practices.
- Demonstrated leadership and experience managing data analysts or data teams.
- Ability to convert high-level direction into actionable data management plans.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Strong communication and executive presentation abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.




- Must be legally authorized to work in Mexico.
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Advanced degree in a relevant field.
- Experience in software and subscription businesses
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage and maintain data integrity across NetSuite (ERP), Salesforce (CRM), and other enterprise platforms.
- Develop and implement data visualization tools (Looker, Power BI, or similar) and supporting infrastructure, including data warehousing solutions.
- Ensure accuracy and efficiency of customer billing data and processes in NetSuite.
- Oversee, mentor, and review the work of a Data Analyst, ensuring quality and alignment with business needs.
- Translate high-level direction from the CFO into actionable data strategies and projects.
- Provide expert recommendations to executives on data management, system optimization, and process improvement.
- Develop and enforce data governance policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess data needs and design effective solutions.
- Analyze data trends to support key business decisions.
- Manage data integrations across multiple systems, including NetSuite, Salesforce, billing platforms, and procurement tools.
