**Technical Support Engineer**

**Location**:Home-based, Mexico
**Position Summary**:
The Technical Support Engineer is primarily responsible for providing technical support for Bentley’s Structural Engineering software, RAM Concept, RAM Structural System, RAM Elements, and RAM Connection.
**Your Day-to-Day**:
- Troubleshoot and resolve user’s issues quickly and accurately thereby driving user satisfaction and usage.
- Help in developing the product by conveying user feedback to product team through logging of bugs/enhancement requests.
- Coordinate with Development, QA & Product Management team to prioritize bug fixes.
- Create knowledge articles, edit existing articles to keep them current and use those to support users.
- Test a product or a feature before a release.
- Carry out on site/web based technical presentations to users.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
- 1-3 years of prior experience in post-tensioning is prefered.
- Knowledge of US steel & concrete design codes
- Knowledge of building modeling & design would be preferred.
- Experience of using Ram Concept, RAM Structural System, RAM Elements, RAM Connection, STAAD.Pro, ETABS, SAP2000, RISA would be an advantage.




- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal & writing)
- Self-motivated, proactive individual with strong desire to learn.
- This is a full-time role expected to work 40 hours per week.
- Requires sitting or standing at will while performing work on a computer (or any other physical requirements).
- There is no travel required for this for this role.
