**ORACLE Support Engineer - FINANCE DOMAIN**
Cuernavaca, CDMX (Hybrid)
As an **Oracle Support Engineer**, you will resolve commonly documented issues within Oracle EBS and interfaces. You will be responsible for identifying, analyzing and solving issues while coordinating tickets with third parties.
**Responsibilities**
- Deliver Level 1 and Level 2 support for Oracle eBusiness Suite users globally.
- Engage with users regularly to ensure satisfactory resolution of tickets.
- Coordinate and collaborating with both internal and external parties to enhance the functionality and processes related to DIS Integral ERP (Oracle).
- Escalate any critical issues identified in GERP or associated systems to the management team.
- Continuously update and maintain knowledge and skills in Oracle ERP and DIS processes.
**Qualifications & Experience**
- Bachelor´s degree in computer science, finance, or related fields.
- 5 years of IT support experience and relevant Oracle Module support.
- Good understanding on financial processes and Oracle Financial Modules.
- Fluent in Spanish and **English (B2).**
**Position Requirements**
- Mexican citizenship or work permit.
- Hybrid role, office based in Cuernavaca.
