We seek a **Data Scientist with GenAI & LLM Experience Senior-Level**who shares our passion for innovation and change. This role is critical to helping our business partners evolve and adapt to consumers' personalized expectations in this new technological era.
What will help you succeed:
- Fluent English (B2 - Upper Intermediate)
- 5+ Years of experience as a Data Scientist
- Proven experience in managing the design and production implementation of LLM & GenAi within an enterprise environment.
- Hands-on experience in LLM tuning, including prompt engineering, supervised fine-tuning (SFT), and reinforcement learning with human feedback (RLHF).
- Excellent communication, writing, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced knowledge of machine learning and NLP models, including classification, entity recognition, summarization,



and semantic search using state-of-the-art algorithms.
- Experience developing and integrating RESTful APIs and microservices to serve ML/NLP models in scalable, production environments.
- Demonstrated technical project management skills, with the ability to consult and provide technical expertise during customer engagements.
- Ability to collaborate with client executives and key technical leaders to successfully deploy solutions via Google Cloud Platform.
- Background in developing AI solutions utilizing key industry tools, techniques, and methodologies
