**What We’re Looking For**:
We’re looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounting Associate to join our growing team. This entry-level role is adecuado for someone eager to learn, take ownership of accounting processes, and grow within a fast-paced, high-performing real estate investment and development firm. You will support the Finance team in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
**Key responsabilities**:
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports
- Record and reconcile accounts payable and receivable
- Support with bank reconciliations and cash flow tracking
- Help coordinate payments to vendors and service providers




- Maintain and organize digital and physical financial records
- Assist in budget monitoring and variance analysis
- Collaborate with external accountants and auditors as needed
- Ensure compliance with local tax and accounting regulations
- Support ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting requests from leadership
- Recently graduated or with up to 1 year of experience in accounting, finance, or a related field
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related disciplines
- Strong attention to detail and high sense of responsibility
- Proficient in Excel and basic accounting software
- Eager to learn and grow in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment
- Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and deadlines
- Fluent in Spanish; working proficiency in English is a plus
