**Your Job**
This position acts as a strategic partner to the business, driving superior results by collaborating closely with leaders on talent management strategies aligned with culture and business objectives. As an integral part of the Guadalajara site leadership team, you play a key role in Koch's development and future growth in the region. You supervise an HR Coordinator, assess future HR capability needs, and make strategic recommendations.

**What You Will Do**
- Strategic business partner who enables the business to deliver superior results.
- Be an integral part of the site leadership team, playing a key role in developing the future of Koch at our Guadalajara location.
- Supervise an HR Coordinator while assessing future HR Capability needs for the region and make recommendations for use of leveraged services or building additional capability on BHR team.




- Partner with leaders on talent management/workforce strategies aligned with our culture and business strategy; implement and evaluate supporting initiatives.
**Who You Are (Basic Qualification**
- Experience as a HR Business Partner in selection, performance management, talent planning, compensation and programs that support business objectives in a globally matrixed organization.
- Experience partnering with all levels of management.
- Experience in leading and developing individuals reporting to you.
- Demonstrated knowledge of applicable employment laws/regulations.
- Fluent communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Experience influencing, communicating, and leading significant global changes.
