**A Day in Your Life at MKS**:
As a Continuous Improvement Manager for Procurement, you will partner with internal teams to drive a culture of continuous improvement within the organization. In this role, you will report to the Procurement Director.
**You Will Make an Impact By**:
- Identifying and implementing continuous improvement initiatives aligned with strategic goals
- Analyzing procurement processes and the impact across departments to identify areas of inefficiency.
- Developing and executing improvement strategies, including change management.
- Leading cross-functional project teams.
- Conducting training and workshops for staff at all levels
- Using methodologies like Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or Kaizen
- Maintaining reports and presenting progress to senior management.
- Travel Requirements: Up to 30% of Travel is required.
**Skills You Bring**:
- A Bachelor of Science degree preferably in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, preferred Masters
- Experience leading and managing continuous improvement initiatives.
- Knowledge of quality management tools and methods (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal
- Advanced level ability in the use of Excel & Power Point
- A willingness and ability to influence and change the status quo
**Preferred Skills: (Optional)**
- Certified Six Sigma
- Proficient in the use of ERP/MRP Systems, SAP, Oracle and Microsoft Office
**Physical Demands and Working Conditions**:
- This role is located in Querétaro, Qro. Mexico, with a full time job.
- This role requires a five-day office attendance. It involves administrative work that, according to the law, necessitates 40 hours of work per week. This role demands meticulous attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
- Transportation: Please note that we do not provide transportation services. Therefore, individuals are responsible for arranging their daily commute to the office.
