Coordinate and ensure the proper functioning of the Field Investigations process to comply with the guidelines of the Credit and Fraud Prevention Policies.
- Ensure to have a close communication with external agencies, monitor their performance and analyze opportunities and efficiencies in the process.
- Comply with the committed response time for each stage of Field Investigation by administrating all the process of sending, receiving and storage Field Investigation results
- Preparation and delivery of reports on-demand related to the performance, quality, costs and service of field investigation external agencies.
- Administrate Credit Bureau tools related to Fraud Prevention and execute actions according to GMF policies
- Bachelor’s degree in administration, Finance, Economics or similar.
- Fluent in both English & Spanish.
- At least +3 years of experience in credit analysis, collections, credit risk, lending services or similar; whereas such experience it is preferred in banking or financial companies.
- Advanced interpersonal skills required to effectively communicate with vendor and team.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- High analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to present technical information clearly and accurately.
- Excellent organizational skills (self-organized and auto motivated).Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word & Outlook).
