**Responsibilities**:
- Provide day-to-day administration and support for Windows Server environments.
- Manage and troubleshoot Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and PKI services.
- Support SQL Server installations and ongoing maintenance.
- Assist with repetitive and non-automated administrative tasks.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment with broader infrastructure and security objectives.
- Maintain clear documentation of procedures, incidents, and configurations.
- Remain available during critical incidents or high-demand periods to provide timely support.
**Requirements**:
- Strong understanding of Windows Server technologies including Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, PKI, and SQL Server.
- Ability to follow structured processes while also identifying opportunities for automation and improvement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.




- Adaptable availability to support urgent issues or time-sensitive deployments.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting hybrid or enterprise infrastructure environments.
- Familiarity with ITIL practices or similar support frameworks.
- Basic scripting or automation skills (PowerShell preferred).
- Experience working as part of remote or distributed teams.
- Programming: Familiarity with languages relevant to Oracle Retail such as Java and JavaScript.
- Integration: Experience with APIs, web services, and integration frameworks.
- Architecture: Understanding of system architecture, design patterns, and microservices concepts.
- Testing: Knowledge of unit testing, system integration, and performance testing techniques.
- Problem Solving: Ability to diagnose, debug, and resolve complex technical issues.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
