**About the Team**:
At Nutanix, you will be joining America's Talent Acquisition team, a dynamic group of 15 Talent Advisors working collaboratively across the US and Mexico. You will report to the Sr. Manager of Talent Acquisition, who is committed to nurturing your growth while driving the team to success. Our work setup is hybrid, allowing for flexibility as you are required to be in the office just two days a week. This balance of remote and in-office work ensures that you enjoy the best of both worlds while collaborating closely with your teammates. Additionally, there are no travel requirements for this position, providing you with a stable and focused work-life balance.
**Your Role**:




- Develop and execute tailored staffing strategies in collaboration with hiring managers to meet business objectives across the Latin America region.
- Source and engage top-tier tech talent using innovative recruitment methods, including networking and creative outreach.
- Analyze and report on recruitment metrics to refine processes and improve hiring outcomes.
- Build strong partnerships with stakeholders across departments, providing consultative support and responsive communication throughout the hiring lifecycle.
- Achieve milestones to establish a diverse talent pipeline and meet hiring goals within the first year, contributing to Nutanix's growth and innovation.
**What You Will Bring**:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years of talent acquisition experience, preferably in the tech industry.
- Proven ability to source and recruit for Software Engineers and Cloud-related roles.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience using recruitment tools and platforms, including Jobvite, Google Suite, and Excel.
- Results-oriented with strategic thinking and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
**Work Arrangement**:
Hybrid: This role operates in a hybrid capacity, blending the benefits of remote work with the advantages of in-person collaboration. For most roles, that will mean coming into an office a minimum of 3 days per week, however certain roles and/or teams may require more frequent in-office presence. Additional team-specific guidance and norms will be provided by your manager.
