**About the Role**
We are seeking a **Senior Framework Architect - React** to lead the development of our internal React-based design system. This role is instrumental in driving the strategic technical direction of our internal frameworks, products, and systems, ensuring both scalability and long-term stability.
You will be part of the **Design team**, working closely with the CSS lead and other framework developers to ensure that code aligns with our internal design standards. Your core responsibility will be to build and maintain our internal React framework, used to deliver high-quality, intuitive digital products that enhance user experience for both internal and external users.
Additionally, you will collaborate with Technology teams to support onboarding to the Design System and gain insight into how your contributions align with broader organizational goals.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead the development and evolution of the React-based internal framework
- Ensure alignment with the internal design library and front-end standards




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and developers
- Deliver scalable, reusable components that support consistency and performance
- Support onboarding efforts and promote adoption of the design system across teams
- Influence technical decisions and contribute to long-term architectural planning
**Qualifications**
- Strong expertise in **React** and modern front-end architecture
- Experience building or maintaining design systems or internal frameworks
- Proven ability to work with design teams and translate UI standards into code
- Understanding of performance optimization and scalable component design
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments is a plus
