**Job Opportunity: Software/Hardware Test Technician**
? _Location:_ On-site | Occasional travel (1-2 times/year)

We're looking for a **Software/Hardware Test Technician** who's passionate about testing electro-mechanical systems, enjoys solving complex issues, and wants to play a key role in ensuring the reliability of next-gen robotic systems.
**What You'll Do**:
- Perform hardware/software testing using automated and manual methods.
- Reproduce field failures and support issue resolution.
- Maintain and enhance test cases and plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during the development of new robotic solutions.
- Maintain hardware/software readiness of robot fleets for engineering/testing.
- Assist with the design and setup of test rigs.
**What You Bring**:
- 5+ years troubleshooting electromechanical systems.
- 3+ years in software testing or QA.
- Scripting skills and Linux terminal fluency.
- Experience with diagnostic tools (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, etc.).
- Familiarity with motion control, robotics, and network diagnostics.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
**Nice to Have**:
- Robotics or AMR testing experience
- Familiarity with Linux, MQTT, Atlassian tools, and TestRail
- Experience with electromechanical vehicles or motion capture systems
