**About the Role**
We are looking for a high-caliber **RH**Managing Director (LATAM)**to lead a regional operation based in **Mexico City**. The** RH**Managing Director**will oversee the strategic and operational management of a recruitment focused on sourcing qualified professionals. Key responsibilities include performance-driven talent acquisition, partner development, and managing a remote international team.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate in the implementation of automation tools such as Respond.io, Telli/Vapi.ai, WhatsApp workflows, and CRM dashboards.
- Report directly to senior leadership and coordinate with core functions including Product, Legal, and Sales.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with local partners.
**Requirements**:




- Experience in operations, international recruiting, or leadership roles within BPO or HR tech sectors
- Strong knowledge of Latin American talent markets.
- Hands-on expertise with CRM systems, outreach strategies, and remote team management
- Entrepreneurial mindset with experience scaling teams or projects (startup, scaleup, or growth-phase environments)
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish _(German is a plus) _
- High emotional intelligence, cross-cultural sensitivity, and a genuine passion for supporting professionals
