**Job Summary**
**Hands-on experience of testing in **Microservices Architecture.**
**Responsibilities**
- Utilize test metrics and reporting to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Implement and manage testing tools and frameworks to streamline testing processes.
- Perform manual end-to-end business process assurance to verify system integrity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
- Document and report defects using SNOW RALLY HP ALM and Jira to facilitate resolution.
- Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to improve product quality.
- Develop and execute test plans and test cases based on project requirements.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in testing.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on testing progress and outcomes.
- Adapt to new testing methodologies and tools to enhance testing efficiency.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and practices.
- Support the development team by providing detailed feedback on product performance.
**Qualifications**
- Demonstrate proficiency in Azure DevOps for defect management.
- Exhibit experience in manual end-to-end business process assurance.
- Have a basic understanding of programming to support testing activities.




- Show domain knowledge in productivity and effectiveness customer experience and mobile app development.
- Display excellent communication skills in English for effective collaboration.
- Be familiar with web and mobility analytics to enhance testing strategies.
**Certifications Required**
ISTQB Certified Tester Agile Tester Certification
