**Job Summary**
As a Lead Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards in software development and delivery. You will work in a hybrid model collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement effective testing strategies. Your expertise in **BDD, Appium, Cucumber and other API testing tools** will drive the success of our projects enhancing consumer engagement and analytics.
**Responsibilities**
- Lead the design and implementation of automated testing frameworks using BDD, Appium and Cucumber to ensure robust software quality.
- Oversee the integration of testing tools like Selenium TestNG and Jenkins to streamline the testing process and improve efficiency.
- Provide expertise in **Java** to develop and maintain test scripts that validate software functionality.
- Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve defects early in the software development lifecycle.
- Implement continuous integration and delivery practices using Maven and Jenkins to enhance software deployment processes.
- Utilize Jira for effective test management and tracking of testing progress and issues.
- Engage in Scrum Master activities to facilitate agile ceremonies and ensure smooth project execution.
- Drive improvements in test processes and methodologies to enhance overall software quality.
- Contribute to the development of web and mobility analytics solutions to improve consumer engagement.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in Big Data Management to enhance testing strategies.




- Communicate effectively in English to collaborate with global teams and stakeholders.
**Qualifications**
- Possess a strong background in automated testing tools such as Selenium, Appium, and Cucumber.
- Demonstrate proficiency in programming languages including Java JavaScript and TypeScript.
- Have experience with continuous integration tools like Jenkins and Maven.
- Show expertise in agile methodologies and Scrum Master practices.
- Nice to have experience in Big Data Management and analytics domains.
- Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
**Certifications Required**
ISTQB Certified Tester Certified Scrum Master
