**Customer Retention & Sales Representative - Natural Supplements**
**Location**: Hermosillo, Sonora
**Schedule**: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM | Saturday, 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM | Sundays OFF
**Compensation**:
- Weekly base salary: $2,496
- Commission: 2.5% of order value
- Top 1 Bonus: Up to $2,600 (limited to 10 spots)
- Average agent earns $4,500 weekly (low season)
- Top performers reach $7,500 weekly
**About the Role**:
Join our Customer Service & Retention team and help customers stay while promoting high-quality natural supplements. Your mission will be to drive retention, confirm communications, and generate additional sales through consultative customer interactions.

**Who We’re Looking For**:

- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or retention (call center or similar roles preferred)
