Our team has supported the integration of more than 90 acquisitions, giving us a direct opportunity to support a critical innovation engine of the company. We work closely as a team and partner deeply with cross-functional partners across Employee Success (Human Resources), Corporate Development, and nearly every Salesforce business function.

- System Configuration and Optimization: Accurately configure the contract generation tool to meet the unique needs of each acquisition and employee group, including customizing templates, workflows, and data integrations to streamline the contract generation process.
- Global Stakeholder Management: Effectively collaborate with diverse global and cross-functional teams, including Legal, HR, IT, M&A; deal teams, Corporate Development, and Finance, to ensure consistent, seamless, and locally compliant execution of HR M&A; integration tasks and workstreams, proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
- Multi-Acquisition Focus:

Manage one or more concurrent acquisitions or multiple integration tracks within larger transactions, depending on volume and complexity.
- Enhance Technology Platforms: Evaluate and optimize M&A; HR technology solutions to address process gaps. Lead AI-driven initiatives and assist with system enhancements by gathering requirements, managing intake requests, conducting UAT, and implementing changes.
- Process Improvement: Continuously identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and accuracy in our M&A; employment integration processes, particularly as they relate to contract generation and background checks.
- Documentation & Training: Develop and maintain clear documentation for contract generation system configurations and employment integration processes. Train other team members on tool usage and best practices.
Requirements for Success:
