**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Serve as the main point of contact between engineering and production teams.
- Interpret and communicate engineering drawings, BOMs, scripts, and design intent to shop floor personnel in case of any ambiguity or questions.
- Provide technical support and guidance to ensure accurate implementation of engineering designs.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues that arise during production.
- Collaborate with engineering to clarify design specifications and intent.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to technical support and problem resolution and ensure a close loop with Engineering.
- Conduct training sessions for shop floor staff on interpreting engineering documents and best practices.




- Continuously improve communication processes between engineering and production teams.
- Drive standardization and design for manufacturability concepts into the product design philosophy.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering.
- Knowledge of transformer design parameters and its significance in modifying or optimizing the design structure. Strong understanding of design-to-cost and design-to-manufacturing principles is preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with a focus on technical support or liaison roles.
- Strong understanding of engineering drawings, BOMs, and manufacturing processes in transformer industry.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in relevant software tools (e.g., CAD, ERP systems).
- Collaborative and innovative work environment.
