We are looking for an experienced **Scrum Master**to join our team and assist a client in adopting SAFe practices during their transformation journey.
In this role, you will be instrumental in implementing Agile best practices and fostering team growth as the program evolves. This position requires strong leadership capabilities, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of Agile methodologies to ensure team success and deliver impactful results.
**Responsibilities**
- Oversee project timelines and ensure the team meets established deadlines
- Identify, monitor, communicate, and escalate risks to ensure timely resolution
- Engage in the team’s day-to-day activities to provide support and direction
- Address blockers and coach the team to resolve impediments independently
- Gather, analyze, and report team performance metrics to track progress
- Facilitate team meetings to ensure they are effective and aligned with project objectives
- Collaborate with product owners to maintain a well-organized and prioritized backlog
- Build and manage relationships with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with team deliverables
- Deliver high-quality results and address client concerns to ensure customer satisfaction
- Resolve team conflicts and foster a collaborative and positive work environment
- Help the team reach higher levels of Agile and Scrum maturity
- Provide training and coaching to team members to promote continuous improvement
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (STEM preferred)
- At least 8 years of hands-on experience as a Scrum Master or Project Manager
- A minimum of 3 years of experience leading teams of at least 20 members in roles such as Architect, Manager, or Product Owner




- Experience participating in at least 5 complete project lifecycles or handling multiple projects across various development phases
- Thorough knowledge and practical experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and teamwork to drive team success
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and mentoring skills to enhance collaboration and alignment
- Ability to adapt to dynamic environments and manage shifting priorities effectively
- Self-motivated with the ability to remain focused and productive in challenging scenarios
- Analytical and quick-thinking skills to address complex challenges and make informed decisions
- Proven ability to prevent and resolve conflicts and misunderstandings within the team
- Expertise in identifying gaps in Agile and Scrum practices and implementing solutions
- Advanced English communication skills, both written and spoken, at a B2 level or higher
**Nice to have**
- Experience working in financial services, providing domain-specific insights
- Background in supporting Agile transformations and assisting organizations in adopting Agile practices
- Certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), or PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)
