We’re seeking a **Social Media Manager** to lead digital engagement for residential communities — fully remote. You’ll create engaging content, manage online reviews, and support virtual community events, helping to build strong digital connections with residents.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Create and schedule content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and more.
- Maintain a content calendar with events, highlights, and seasonal themes.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and online reviews.
- Track social media performance and provide monthly reports.
- Design simple graphics using Canva or Adobe Express.
**Qualifications**:
- 2+ years of social media, marketing, or community engagement experience.
- Strong communication and writing skills.
- Knowledge of major platforms, trends, and review management.




- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects.
- Availability for occasional evening/weekend events (remote).
**Preferred Skills**:
- Graphic design (Canva, Adobe Express)
- Basic photography/video editing
- Spanish fluency a plus
- Familiarity with property management tools (Entrata, Yardi)
