TERRITORY MANAGER (F/M/D)
**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for managing the overall sales functions of the business unit in assigned territory in such a manner that creates competitive advantage, maximizes customer satisfaction and return on investment in the business unit.
- Develops and maintains sales strategy within territory to maximize success and effectiveness to meet growth initiatives/targets through End User channels.
- Manages overall sales functions of the business unit in assigned territory in such a manner that creates competitive advantage,



maximizes customer satisfaction and return on investment in the business unit.
- Collaborates with both internal and customers for timely and accurate completion of quotations, projects, reports, accountability metrics and the completion of other goals.
- General understanding and knowledge of the products or services.
- Responsible to internal and external customers for timely completion of quotations, reports, accountability metrics and the completion of other goals and directives as agreed in an efficient and positive manner.
- Maintains good housekeeping standards and practices safety daily utilizing appropriate protective gear and adheres to Company procedures.
- Timely reporting on progress through C4C in program bookings must be made by incumbent.
**Qualifications**:
- Engineering degree and/or equivalent experience, plus 5-7 years of experience in technical sales.
- Preferred to have experience selling Sealing or Power Production equipment/products
- Travel required 75% or exceeding.
